This'n'That; June Thirtieth #2; 'What I'm not telling you:'

Press Conference by the  "Clown Prince"
East Room of
barackingham Palace
June 29, 2011

The "Clown Prince:"  Good morning, everybody. Have a seat, please. I just want to say a few words about the economy before I take your questions.  There are a lot of folks out there who are still struggling with the effects of the recession. Many people are still looking for work or looking for a job that pays more. Families are wondering how they'd deal with a broken refrigerator or a busted transmission, or how they're going to finance their kids' college education, and they're also worrying about the possibility of layoffs.  The struggles of middle-class families were a big problem long before the recession hit in 2007. They weren’t created overnight, and the truth is our economic challenges are not going to be solved overnight. But there are more steps that we can take right now that would help businesses create jobs here in America.
[What I'm not telling you:  All these folks looking for work; all these folks with broken refrigerators; all these folks with busted transmissions; all these folks trying to finance college educations; all these folks concerned about impending layoffs?  In every case, their concerns are the direct result of two things:  Either my inept inexperience or the intentional destructive forces demanded by George Soros and Valarie Jarrett!  Not only are our economic challenges going to be solved overnight; they're the direct result of socialist, communist, fascist policies put into place by the Soros/Jarrett/owe-bama regime.]
Today, our administration is trying to take those steps, so we're reviewing government regulations so that we can fix any rules in place that are an unnecessary burden on businesses. We’re working with the private sector to get small businesses and start-ups the financing they need to grow and expand. And because of the partnership that we’ve launched with businesses and community colleges, 500,000 workers will be able to receive the right skills and training for manufacturing jobs in companies all across America -- jobs that companies are looking to fill.  In addition to the steps that my administration can take on our own, there are also things that Congress could do right now that will help create good jobs. Right now, Congress can send me a bill that would make it easier for entrepreneurs to patent a new product or idea –- because we can’t give innovators in other countries a big leg up when it comes to opening new businesses and creating new jobs. That's something Congress could do right now.  Right now, Congress could send me a bill that puts construction workers back on the job rebuilding roads and bridges –- not by having government fund and pick every project, but by providing loans to private companies and states and local governments on the basis of merit and not politics. That's pending in Congress right now.  Right now, Congress can advance a set of trade agreements that would allow American businesses to sell more of their goods and services to countries in Asia and South America -– agreements that would support tens of thousands of American jobs while helping those adversely affected by trade. That's pending before Congress right now.  And right now, we could give middle-class families the security of knowing that the tax cut I signed in December will be there for one more year.
[What I'm not telling you:  {That ....our administration.... thingie?  I used to refer to the SJo Regime as "my administration."  Recently I was severely admonished by my bosses--no silly, NOT the taxpayers--George Soros and Valarie Jarrett!  He reminded me that I'm just a mouth-piece; the teleprompter reader; the public relations worker of the regime, NOTHING MORE!!!}  The steps we've taken on our own, sofar are: demanded that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement NOT enforce any actions against illegal aliens; while the congress has recinded ethanol subsidies, I've demanded that the EPA requirements for both ethanol useage and fuel mileage requirements stay in force; I've "passed" the Dream Act with a stroke-of-a-pen, I issued an executive order to that effect; on-and-on!!   Those 'construction workers back on the job rebuilding roads and bridges.....'  the public impression is that the PORKulus bill was to do just that-where did that money go?!?  Don't tell anybody: those funds mostly paid off several union hierarchies, faithful supporters, legal and illegal contributors.  The congressional agreements to allow American companies to sell in Asia and South America?  The support of those 'tens-of-thousands' of American jobs?!?  That's just temporary, until the companies' are able to build/lease manufacturing facilities in those several Asian and South American countries.  The tax-cut I signed in December, more accurately is nothing more than continuing the hated Bush-43 Era tax rates!  The public has to remember, that action was totally out of character for me; as an "Alinsky Socialist" the very thought of anything remotely resembling a tax-cut goes against my learning!]
So there are a number of steps that my administration is taking, but there are also a number of steps that Congress could be taking right now on items that historically have had bipartisan support and that would help put more Americans back to work.  Many of these ideas have been tied up in Congress for some time. But, as I said, all of them enjoy bipartisan support, and all of them would help grow the economy. So I urge Congress to act on these ideas now.  Of course, one of the most important and urgent things we can do for the economy is something that both parties are working on right now –- and that’s reducing our nation’s deficit. Over the last few weeks, the Vice President has been leading negotiations with Democrats and Republicans on this issue, and they’ve made some real progress in narrowing down the differences. As of last week, both parties had identified more than $1 trillion worth of spending cuts already.  But everyone also knows that we’ll need to do more to close the deficit. We can’t get to the $4 trillion in savings that we need by just cutting the 12 percent of the budget that pays for things like medical research and education funding and food inspectors and the weather service. And we can’t just do it by making seniors pay more for Medicare. So we’re going to need to look at the whole budget, as I said several months ago. And we’ve got to eliminate waste wherever we find it and make some tough decisions about worthy priorities.  And that means trimming the defense budget, while still meeting our security needs. It means we’ll have to tackle entitlements, as long as we keep faith with seniors and children with disabilities by maintaining the fundamental security that Medicare and Medicaid provide. And, yes, we’re going to have to tackle spending in the tax code.
[What I'm not telling you:  "Plug" biden heading up negotiations on deficit reduction?!?  That's nothing more than a joke Soros is playing on Speaker Boehner and the rest of the republicRATs!!  "Plug" in charge of anything is laughable! That '$1 trillion in spending cuts we've identified?'  Those are cuts that are already planned for; are cuts far off into the future-they'll have no immediate effect on the the deficit or near-term budgets.  The items I mentioned in fear-mongering:  medical research, educational funding, food inspectors, weather forcasting; they're all better done in the private sector.  We should eliminate them completely and they'd be immediately picked up by said private sector.  Anyone who's read Rep Ryan's budget proposal knows Soros and Jarrett are just having me spew forth blatant lies about increasing seniors' Medicare expenses. Lies, if told enough will emulate the truth!!]
There’s been a lot of discussion about revenues and raising taxes in recent weeks, so I want to be clear about what we’re proposing here. I spent the last two years cutting taxes for ordinary Americans, and I want to extend those middle-class tax cuts. The tax cuts I’m proposing we get rid of are tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires; tax breaks for oil companies and hedge fund managers and corporate jet owners.  It would be nice if we could keep every tax break there is, but we’ve got to make some tough choices here if we want to reduce our deficit. And if we choose to keep those tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires, if we choose to keep a tax break for corporate jet owners, if we choose to keep tax breaks for oil and gas companies that are making hundreds of billions of dollars, then that means we’ve got to cut some kids off from getting a college scholarship. That means we’ve got to stop funding certain grants for medical research. That means that food safety may be compromised. That means that Medicare has to bear a greater part of the burden. Those are the choices we have to make.
So the bottom line is this: Any agreement to reduce our deficit is going to require tough decisions and balanced solutions. And before we ask our seniors to pay more for health care, before we cut our children’s education, before we sacrifice our commitment to the research and innovation that will help create more jobs in the economy, I think it’s only fair to ask an oil company or a corporate jet owner that has done so well to give up a tax break that no other business enjoys. I don’t think that’s real radical. I think the majority of Americans agree with that.   So the good news is, because of the work that’s been done, I this we can actually bridge our differences. I think there is a conceptual framework that would allow us to make huge progress on our debt and deficit, and do so in a way that does not hurt our economy right here and right now.  And it’s not often that Washington sees both parties agree on the scale and the urgency of the challenge at hand. Nobody wants to put the creditworthiness of the United States in jeopardy. Nobody wants to see the United States default. So we’ve got to seize this moment, and we have to seize it soon. The Vice President and I will continue these negotiations with both leaders of both parties in Congress for as long as it takes, and we will reach a deal that will require our government to live within its means and give our businesses confidence and get this economy moving.
[What I'm not telling you:  Again, I'm pushing the lie about the evil Bush-43 Era tax rates being continued-as my tax cuts!  Me--the benevolent dictator--giving you back some of your hard-earned money when in reality, I'm continuing the tax policy of that evil George Bush!!  What will removing the tax breaks for those evil millionaires and billionaires, actually do?  See, these men and women--with the exception of still-living Rockefellers and Kennedys; John Kerry who married his money!--actually earned their monies with good ideas and the work ethic and determined to put them into action, benefitting all mankind in most cases.  Without these folks' money, companies wouldn't have been formed; those which have been formed, would be able to expand, to hire more workers, ship more products, etc!  See, it's far more detrimental than advantageous to cut the breaks  they enjoy.  The corporate jets are more than a luxurious perk for the corporate hierarchies; they are--in most cases--an independent income stream, business entities unto themselves. When the corporations aren't in need of the aircraft, they rent them to others who need the convenience but can't justify the expense of purchase.  The jets actually make money for their owners, thus more taxable income to be confiscated by the current tax policy!!  Look at me:  I have access to the greatest 'corporate jet' on the planet; a luxurious perk I abuse on a several-times-a-week basis!! How great is that?!?  Those evil oil companies enjoy no more or no fewer tax breaks than the average company in business in America, today!!  The average net profit margin for the energy sector is 9.7%, somewhat larger than the average of 8.5% for S and P 500 companies.  Banks are at 23%; Google is at 25%.  The huge numbers you see as oil company profits are nothing more than indicative of the vast amounts of money they just handle!  I have already put the nation's credit worthiness into subterranian levels, approaching the coveted 'junk bond' status.  With the Soros/Jarrett ultimate objective of total destruction of the U.S. economy, 'junk bond' status is a benefit!!   Are you as sick of my nearly-constant demagoguery as I am?!?]

This'n'That; June Thirtieth #1; Snubbed Again!!

'Prince' Snubbed By A Real PRINCE!
"Clown Prince" owe-bama and the (do-as-I-say, not-as-I-do) veggie queen have been snubbed once again!  Not only were they not invited to the wedding of the century in Great Britian; they've been left off the list of invitees for the royal wedding of Prince Albert II of Monaco and Charlene Wittstock of South Africa.
This actually is a double-snub; most of those invited are supporters of the "Clown Prince's" last 'Campaign of Fluff' as well as both legal and illegal contributors to the Soros-sponsored campaign.  owe-bama's popularity numbers should continue to plummet after this most recent snub!!

This'n'That; June Twenty-Nineth #1; Wha'Cha Can Find

{For an 'in-order' view of this entry, go to: http://www.justincase505.wordpress.com/}
Wha'Cha Can Find Out When....
....when you read--and not just look at--the various articles you might run across on the 'net.  As is our norm upon getting up for the day, we dial in the webcast from WBZ; 1030AM; http://www.wbz.cbslocal.com/ (The Steve LeVeille Broadcast-midnight to 5AM, eastern), then on to Yahoo News.
One of the top stories on Yahoo for Wednesday, 06/29 happened to be "A Little House of Secrets on The Great Plains."  I began reading--not just looking at--this fascinating article, not realizing the entities referred to there actually exist!  Fascinating!!  This article is about setting up shell and shelf companies in the State of Wyoming.  A captivating article on legal, quasi-fraudulant business activity.{*}  The main point I refer to is two organizations mentioned in the text:  'Transparency International' and 'Financial Action Network.'
{*}A shelf company is one created legally, left 'on the shelf' then sold to someone who wants to appear to have been in business for several years.

  •     'Transparency International' is an organization which purports to combat corruption; promote transparency in governments and business; to investigate transgressions therein.
  •     'The Financial Action Network' is an organization which purports to combat corruption; to development and promote national and international policies to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
     After scouring both websites I can't find any references to the United States as a country or as a government, nor is there any 'contact us' pages.  I would pose the same question to each organization:{**}
Til Nex'Time....
{**}What actions does your organization intend to take with respect to the systematic destruction of the U.S. government over the last two years;  what action(s) does your organization contemplate with respect to the U.S. government's money-laundering scheme they've entitled "The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009?"  Any investigations must include the "Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP)," essentially a pay-off for banks to buy and support Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae instruments, even though both programs were destined to lose money!

This'n'That; June Twenty-Seventh #1; What Next?

You Ain't Seen Nuttin' Yet!!
Sir Walter Scott had it right when he proclaimed:  'Oh, what a tangled web we weave....!'  This 'tangled web' gets more convoluted as time goes on:
  • George Soros--a former Nazi sympathizer and employee--selected suspected communist-Valarie Jarrett--who is of confirmed, admitted communist parentage--to be his confederate in selecting, electing and dominating the current president, "Clown Prince" owe-bama.
  • George Soros founded, funds and supervises Media Matters, a fascist, communist-based conservative-monitoring website (in the name of David Brock).
  • George Soros--by extension--also founded, funds and supervises a similar, parallel public policy stink-tank: The Center for American Progress (in the name of John Podesta).
  • George Soros--through John Podesta--suggested that "Clown Prince" owe-bama rule by executive order' in those areas which the Congress failed to cooperate with his fascist, communist, socialist plans and programs.
See the convolution, here?!?  Mr Soros had plenty of reference material on 'ruling by executive order.'  Here are 'the numbers' in the following order: president; months in office; number of executive orders; per-month average.
  • owe-bama; 29 (thru 06/26/2011); 83; 2.862
  • G.W. Bush; 96; 290; 3.020
  • "Slick-Willie" Clinton; 96; 363;
  • G.H.W. Bush; 48; 165; 3.437
  • "Ronaldus-Magnus;" 96; 380; 3.958
  • Carter; 48; 319; 6.645
  • Ford; 18; 168; 9.333
  • Nixon; 67; 345; 5.149
  • Johnson; 62; 323; 5.209
  • Kennedy; 34; 213; 6.264
  • Eisenhower; 96; 481; 5.010
  • Truman; 93; 893; 9.602
  • Roosevelt; 145; 3,466; 23.903
  • Hoover; 48; 995; 20.729
For those who enjoy statistics:
  • In the recent era (1929-current), there are 7 republicRATs and 7 democRATs/owe-bamacRATs
  • The republicRATs have a total of 2,824 executive orders; 469 months in office for an average of 6.0213219 executive orders per month of republicRAT governance.
  • The democRATs/owe-bamacRATs have a total of 5,660 executive orders; 652 months in office for an average of 8.6809815 executive orders per month of democRAT/owe-bamacRAT/Soros-Jarrett, governance.
  • The democRATs/owe-bamacRATs beat the republicRATs by 2.6596596 executive orders per month, on average!!
The latest in the Soros/Jarrett/owe-bama regime's thwarting of the U.S. Constitution is implementing the defeated 'Dream Act;' thus--again--ruling by executive order.  For those who don't remember, the former 'Dream Act' provides conditional permanent residency to certain illegal and deportable alien students who:
  • Graduate from U.S. high schools;
  • Are of good moral character;
  • Arrived in the U.S. as legal or illegal minors;
  • Complete two years military service or college attendance.
Who'da thunk it?!?
Throwing another national election with the stroke of a pen!!

The 10 Worst Jobs of 2011

By Andrew Strieber
From bad to worse: thanks to upheaval in the oil industry, Roustabout ranks as the Worst Job of 2011 – its second straight year in last place.  Twelve-hour shifts, exposure to the elements in hostile environments, low pay, high risk of injury and isolation from loved ones for weeks at a time are just some of the factors that combine to make Roustabout the worst job of 2011.  As the key providers of maintenance for oil rigs and pipelines, Roustabouts routinely [....]

Stand Alone GPS Navigators vs. GPS Smartphone Apps
Most modern smartphones have built-in maps and GPS units. But except for Android phones, those built-in apps don't give turn-by-turn audio directions, like those you may be used to from a dedicated GPS. You can buy apps that give turn by turn directions, but they tend to be expensive, and require up-front costs or monthly subscription fees. (Mapquest is a notable exception; it's free for iPhone, BlackBerry and Android.)  Also, most GPS devices are [....]

'Misery' Levels Hit 28-Year-High in US

Friday, 17 Jun 2011
By Julie Crawshaw
The latest “Misery Index” shows that Americans are more miserable than they’ve been in the past 28 years, economically speaking.  The monthly index, an unofficial measurement created by economist Arthur Okun back in the 1970s using the simple premise to total the inflation and unemployment rates, is now 62 percent higher than when President Barack Obama first took office in 2009.  The May index is at 12.7 (9.1 percent unemployment and 3.6 percent annualized inflation). That compares to an all-time high of 21.98 in June 1980, and a historical low of 2.97 in July 1953. In 2011, it has inched up every month since January’s reading of 10.63.  “The good news is that [....]

New Mexico Dems pan official's voter fraud claims

SANTA FE -- Democrats on a legislative committee made Secretary of State Dianna Duran the butt of jokes and criticism Friday, saying she had mishandled an investigation into voter fraud.  Duran, a Republican, has forwarded 64,000 voter records to state police so its investigators can help determine whether any laws were broken.  Those under investigation account for about 5 percent of New Mexico's 1.16 million registered voters.  State Sen. 70% Say Default is Bad for Economy, 56% Say Failure to Cut Spending is Worse

Monday, June 20, 2011
Voters strongly agree that failing to raise the federal government’s debt ceiling is bad for the economy. But most see a failure to make big cuts in government spending as a bigger long- and short-term threat than the government defaulting on the federal debt.  A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 70% of Likely U.S. Voters think it would be bad for the economy if the debt ceiling is not raised and the federal government defaults on some of its loan obligations. Just 7% disagree and think it would be good for the economy. Eleven percent (11%) feel a government default will have no impact, and another 11% are not sure. Obama’s NLRB Pushes “Snap Elections” for Union Gain

James Sherk
June 21, 2011
owe-bama’s National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has been aggressively reinterpreting the law to foist unions on workers—whether they want them or not. The Board famously filed charges against Boeing for creating jobs at a nonunion plant in South Carolina. Today the Board announced its most aggressive move yet: snap elections.  Currently the NLRB takes between five and six weeks to conduct unionizing elections. Under the procedures the Board just proposed that time would fall to between 10 and 21 days.  Employers usually have no idea that unions have begun an organizing drive until the union files for an election. By that point the union has spent months selling workers on the value of unionizing. It is during the election campaign that employers get to respond.  Snap elections short-circuit employers’ ability to make their case. If the election takes place in a matter of days workers will base their decision (largely) on information received from the union. This does not benefit workers.  Union organizers do not impartially advocate workers’ best interests. They are salesmen. They get paid to persuade workers [....]

"Clown Prince" Weekly Blather; June 25th

A Patriotic Response To The "Clown Prince;" 06/25/2011
June 25, 2011

Pittsburgh, PA
NOT barackingham Palace,
District of Corruption    Hello, everybody. Earlier this week, I spoke about our way forward in Afghanistan, and I said that because of the extraordinary work of our men and women in uniform, civilians, and our coalition partners, we will soon begin bringing our troops home, just as we’ve begun doing in Iraq. After a decade of conflict, we’re finally bringing these wars to a responsible end.  That’s in the best interests of America’s security. And it’s also in the best interests of America’s economy. Even though we’ve turned our economy in the right direction over the past couple of years, many Americans are still hurting, and now is the time to focus on nation building here at home.   Of course, there’s been a real debate about where to invest and where to cut, and I’m committed to working with members of both parties to cut our deficits and debt. But we can’t simply cut our way to prosperity. We need to do what’s necessary to grow our economy; create good, middle-class jobs; and make it possible for all Americans to pursue their dreams.  That means giving our kids the best education in the world so they have the knowledge and skills to succeed in this economy. It means rebuilding our crumbling roads, railways, and runways. And it means investing in the cutting-edge research and technologies that will spur growth in the years ahead – from clean energy to advanced manufacturing.
[What I'm not telling you:  That Afgan war thingie--the blather opportunity at Fort Drum, N.Y.--that was only given so as to write-off the vast majority of the expense of my trip to three fund-raisers in the New York City area.  Ft Drum was the only active military installation George and Valarie (Soros; Jarrett) could find, close to the fund-raisers.  It didn't hurt that the 10th Mountain Division has a storied history I could blather-on about; and some true heros.  It has been the norm that I do pretty good when using my ubiquitous teleprompters; also the norm that I really f*ck up when trying to speak without one!  I'm sure his parents were 'tickled' when I mentioned that SFC Jared Monti was the first Medal of Honor recipient I honored with a live ceremony; somebody will pay for the teleprompter programming error!!  To set the record straight, it wasn't my fault!  If I won't take the blame for all pain, heartaches, financial losses the SJo regime has caused, I'm surely not about to take the blame for something I didn't cause!!  I'm sure Sergeant Monti was a fine young soldier, blah, blah, blah, but I have a presidency to resurrect here!!
This budget thingie; the spending cap thingie;  with these two items-If I do what's right, Soros, Jarrett and the facists will hate me;  if I do what my puppeteers expect, then the American voters will reject me in the next national election!  What a quandry; what to do?!?  I've--more-or-less--decided to just 'kick the can down the road;'  let someone--anyone--else take the blame for this massive kerfuffle the SJo regime's in!  The republicRATs are not being cooperative at all; they refuse to put forth a true front-runner going into this campaign season.  In my first "Campaign of Fluff," I had no record, no experience to run on so the national pamphleteers only had my persona, my good looks, my verbal and physical articulation to expound upon.  This campaign cycle presents many more problems than the last; this "Tour d'Lies" will be harder to justify with mere blather and photo ops.  I need to be on equal footing with my opposition; given my record of no positive accomplishments, this will be impossible.  The "Tour d'Lies" needs a personality from the opposition to demagogue!  We can not use the issues of experience, accomplishments, et al;  I'll be beaten--hands down--in any debate, any campaign speech were attendance is not tightly controlled.   My only viable position in the upcoming campaign is to concentrate on personalities!]
That’s why I’m here today at Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh, one of America’s leading research universities. Behind me is a display from a company called RedZone Robotics. The robots they make are used to explore water and sewage pipes, and find leaks and breaks before they become expensive problems. But the folks at RedZone aren’t just solving problems; they’re working with unions to create new jobs operating the robots, and they’re saving cities millions of dollars in infrastructure costs.  This company is just one example of how advanced manufacturing can help spur job-creation and economic growth across this country. That’s why this week, we launched what we’re calling an Advanced Manufacturing Partnership. It’s a partnership that brings our federal government together with some of America’s most brilliant minds and some of America’s most innovative companies and manufacturers.  Their mission is to come up with a way to get ideas from the drawing board to the manufacturing floor to the marketplace as swiftly as possible, which will help create quality jobs, and make our businesses more competitive.
[What I'm not telling you:  My appearance at Carnegie-Mellon is not as important as this latest spending kerfuffle I'm announcing.  With the partnership announcement, this campaign stop automatically passes the scrutiny of the Federal Election Commission.  Now I'm able to campaign among the students and faculty with the travel expenses borne by the taxpayers of both parties!  A secondary benefit of this partnership is shoring up the dismal union membership numbers; numbers absolutely necessary for a regime victory in 2012!  A positive outcome of the seemingly-unconstitutional FLRB action against Boeing in South Carolina will go along way with those waning union membership numbers. There very well may be 'too many eyes' on any possible skullduggery as was present during the last election.   With many segments of my voter base waning, I need all the underhanded methods used by 'The Muslim Brotherhood' and the 'New Black Panther Party' at local polling places.]
But they also have a broader mission. It’s to renew the promise of American manufacturing. To help make sure America remains in this century what we were in the last – a country that makes things. A country that out-builds and out-innovates the rest of the world.  I know these have been tough years for American manufacturing, and all the workers and families who’ve built their lives around it. But being here in Pittsburgh, I’m hopeful about the future. I’m hopeful when I think about how companies like RedZone are reinvigorating manufacturing or about how what started as a small trade school is now a global research university. We are a people who’ve always adapted to meet the challenges of a new time; who’ve always shaped our own destiny, and I’m absolutely confident that that’s what we’re going to do one more time.
[What I'm not telling you:  I have to admit:  It's becoming more and more difficult for even me to believe the bullshit that's programmed into these teleprompters!  How can 'American manufacturing' be reinvirgorated when it's practically non-existent?!?  We've--and by 'we' I mean that nasty Bush-43--given over manufacturing superiority to the Chinese without them firing the proverbial 'single shot!'   That "....a country that makes things....?"  What a load'da crap that is!!  So far in the Twenty-First Century, the primary American product has been  unreconcilable debt; in an amount that will prove impossible to repay in any number of future generations!!]

RepublicRATs Sabotage....?
"Chuckie-Cheese" Schumer--sadly, representing Wall St--and his buddy "Turbin" Dick Durbin are proving they're little more than the moral and ethical equilavents of political 'piss-ants!!'  In answer to their suggestion:  Yes, Chuckie and 'Turb,' the republicRATs are sabotaging your efforts in promoting yet another round of bailouts.  These republicRATs listen to, the majority of American voters and these voters have said time-and-again: Reduce Spending and No New Spending!!  This--you little 'piss-ants'--is what the republicRATs are sabotaging!
With the "Clown Prince" and his equally incompetent owe-bamacRATs (read: Chuckie, 'Turb,' et al) the American voter was shown that the only thing the last PORKulus bailout was good for was pay-offs to the union hierarchy and the party's supporters and contributors.  Chuckie, why don't you and 'Turb' come up with a viable complaint before you spread your ignorance among the national pamphleteers?!?

Soros'n'Jarrett Looking Scared
With their puppet "Clown Prince" owe-bama facing almost certain de-throning, his two handlers are grasping at straws for any positive action that will pull the poll numbers up, at least back to 'zero!'  I might suggest a storage shed on the first tee, complete with a porta-potty nearby.  This will keep 'His Incompetence' out of the limelight; away from the cameras; away from the teleprompters.
The latest attempt at positive polling movement is the release of oil from the strategic reserve in a concerted effort with other member-countries of the International Energy Agency.  Those member-nations include several minor players among all the major countries excepting China and Russia.  With respect to the citizens of the United States, this is just more political 'grandstanding' by the Soros/Jarrett/owe-bama regime.  When all the freed oil is added up, it will have virtually no effect on the domestic price of oil.  The constant increase in retail gas prices has had no affect on the purchasing inclinations of the American driver, who still buys the high-powered (read: low MPG) SUVs and muscle cars in ever  increasing numbers.
Is George Soros pulling his support out of the regime?!?  After Valarie Jarrett created this monster known as "owe-bama," she accepted the funding needed to buy the White House from Soros.  Now that the owe-bamacRATic party has installed Bill Daly in the White House as the primary watchdog reporting to the party and to Soros, the power struggle goes on!  The White House's internal polling numbers are sure to give Soros pause; is his investment tanking?!?  Is his dream of a Soros-dominated, one-world government failing?!?
The clandestine release of their numbers indicate support from the  owe-banacRATs and 'KoolAid drinkers' is waning.  Support from senior citizens and union thugs is 'dropping like a brick!'  These two groups--along with non-thinking, non-reasoning negros who voted by skin color--were absolutely necessary for the initial installation; are absolutely necessary second reign of the SJo regime!!  Even though the majority of Americans want the regime's four wars to end, owe-bama's totally self-serving blather opportunity of Monday night didn't even give him any appreciable bounce in the numbers!!

This'n'that; June Twenty-Third #3; Responsible 'End?'

What The Hell Is A 'Responsible End' To A War?
See what happens when a community agitator is elected as ruler without proper vetting?  The Soros puppet "Clown Prince" owe-bama still hasn't a clue on ruling anything, let alone the--formerly--most powerful country; the--formerly--greatest economy on the planet!!
The blather opportunity of last evening proves yet another 'owe-bamaism:'
we can change an outcome by changing the referencing terminology
I ask again:  What the Hell is a 'responsible end' to anything, let alone, armed conflict?!?  If that were the General Eisenhower ideology in 1944, we'd still be shouting "Heil Hitler" to the great-grandson of Adolf's third-cousin, twice removed!!!  Where do George Soros and Valarie Jarrett come up with this bullshit?!?
In General Eisenhower's day--in that war--the ultimate objective was to "kill people and break things!!"  Throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific Islands, the stated objective was to destroy the enemy's ability and desire to wage war.  While World War II was the last such instance, the stated objectives were achieved by every commanding general--when generals were generals--and had the authority to "kill people and break things!"  That ended with the victory in Europe and Japan.  Since the Korean 'police action,' through Viet Nam, the armed conflicts have been 'run' from the Pentagon.  Afganistan and Iraq are no different.
Now we have the 'panty-waists' headed by the pantywaist-in-chief, waging a politically-correct "limited kinetic operation" inwhich--just since George Soros has been in charge--American military deaths in Afganistan have increased FOUR-HUNDRED PERCENT!!!
With this regime's mindset, is it any wonder that Rush Limbaugh muses "Mickey Mouse could beat owe-bama!"  I muse: "Mickey would certainly be the better ruler!"

This'n'That; June Twenty-Third #2; Group-Grope!

It's B-a-a-a-c-k!!
The Texas legislative proposal to end the TSA's ubiquitous 'group-grope' at Texas airports died as the state's annual legislative session ended on May Thirtieth.  The original bill had passed the Texas House but was pulled out of consideration by the Texas Senate.  Apparently the TSA--with full approval of the Soros/Jarret Justice Department--had coerced the Senate with threats of refusing aircraft departure from Texas airports.
Texas Governor Rick Perry (and hopefully, republicRAT presidential contender) has called the Texas Legislature into special session.  As per the rules, the special session will only consider possible legislation and debate items put on the agenda by the governor.  Governor Perry has added the 'group-grope' bill to the agenda, which had died at the end of the legislature's regular session.

This'n'That; June Twenty-Third #1; Ethanol

Ending Ethanol Subsidies NOT Enough!
The U.S. House and Senate are having  preliminary votes to end $6 Billion of current ethanol subsidies.  On June Seventeenth, the Senate voted 73-27 to end ethanol production subsidies in the form of tax credits and tariffs.  The House has yet to vote on the subsidies themselves; they did vote to end federal funding of storage tanks and mixer pumps for retail markets.
What's equally important is to castrate the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)!!  They've grown far beyond their original scope; they now--as unelected fasciocrats--make policy, institute regulations without the consent of Congress, and it's duly elected members.  The EPA is also at least partly responsible for the false information onwhich the Congress bases it's decisions.  These votes ending the production subsidies does nothing with respect to the requirement that we prematurely destroy our engines with the various percentages of the ethanol mixture, as mandated by Renewal Fuels Standard program, the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007.

This'n'That; June Twenty-Second #1; Next Screwing!

I've Not Heard Of It!
The Glenn Beck-sponsored website 'The Blaze' mentioned 'Agenda 21' recently; I had never heard of it.  It seems 'Agency 21' is a piece of United Nations bullshit legislation to take control of all privately held real estate on the planet; excepting of course, those annointed one's of the ruling class.  Apparently, this 'agenda 21' is an outgrowth of the UN's Rio Conference of 1992.
Of course "Clown Prince" owe-bama signed onto it; it defies and negates the U.S. Constitution.  To show his whole-hearted acceptance of this George Soros- approved transgression against the American people, he--continuing to rule from the golf course by executive order--institutes the 'White House Rural Council,' on June 9th.  Now, wouldn't you think that a 'rural council' would have some of those actually living on farms, in rural communities?  Not a chance, that would make good sense!!  It is staffed by all the cabinet secretaries, two shadow cabinet czars, the heads of various councils, commissions and agencies, totalling 25 members.
What the hell relevant input could the Secretaries of Treasury, Defense, HUD (urban development), Transportation or Veteran's Affairs, possibly have?!?  This--my friends--is all about governmental control; all about one-world domination; all about one-world government!!  I fear that getting rid of the fascist-in-charge won't be enough if we do nothing more than put in a RINO replacement!  The next president has to be a hard-line constitutionalist, one who will be willing to forego a second term in order to right the 'ship-of-state!!'
I urge every visitor to this blog entry read each URL reference below, in their entirety.  This information will give the reader insight into the plans to take over the United States by coercing the willing-our rulers!!

This'n'That; June Twenty-First #3; Yup, We've Arrived!

[For an 'in order' view, see: http://www.justincase505.wordpress.com/]
Negating The 2010 Election
The United States used to be a constitutional republic-no more!  The mandate of the 2010 mid-term elections indicated the voting majority wanted less federal spending, less federal control and a smaller federal government.  George Soros, Valarie Jarrett and their puppet "Clown Prince" owe-bama--in completely ignoring the those results--have charted a course into "dictatorship by executive order."
I suspect John Podesta is a long-time 'mouth-piece' for George Soros.  Mr Soros is rumored to have provided the funding for the Podesta founded Center for American Progress to funnel his 'one-world' rhetoric to "Clown Prince" owe-bama.  Soros' funding of this--among his many, many other--fascist organization(s) is clearly pointed toward the destruction of The United States as we know it.  As a long time fascist in various roles within the federal government, Podesta--spouting the Soros Mantra--has suggested owe-bama ignore the will of the people; ignore the legislations of the elected Congress.  Though Podesta, Soros has suggested:
{*}Executive Orders: Using executive orders to formulate policy excludes any congressional oversight with respect to "the will of the people."
The U.S. Constitution and the laws of our nation grant the president significant authority to make and implement policy.  These authorities can be used to insure positive progress on many of the key issues facing the country through:
  • {*}
  • Rule Making:  This has the same effect as the executive orders.
  • Agency Management:  Having the EPA create havoc by regulating several facets of American life that have already been disapproved by the voters; having the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) entertain lawsuits from labor unions when a company (Boeing) chooses a 'right-to-work' state when contemplating additional facilities; instructing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to relax enforcement of immigration requirements and deportation of illegal aliens.
  • Convening and creating public/private partnerships:  This has already been done with the PORKulus bill's funding payoffs to the labor unions for their support in buying 'barackingham Palace' for the "Clown Prince."
  • Commanding the armed forces: Hitler first attained the German Chancellory by appointment which allowed him to  determine the course and mindset of the nation's military forces.  The Fuhrer then instituted various factions as the SS, the Waffen SS, the OKH (army hierarchy), the OKW (marine and navy hierarchy), the OKL (air force hierarchy), the HJ (Hitler youth-boys), the BDM (League of German Girls), et al.  Soros has already accomplished this through owe-bama's  uniformed youth as paid ACORN 'volunteers,' provided for by 'Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education Act (GIVE).
  • Diplomacy: Soros/Jarrett/owe-bama (SJo) regime has already tried diplomacy to a certain degree with the "Campaign of Fluff's"  Hope and Change rhetoric.  The public--both owe-bamacRATs and KoolAid drinkers--has quickly seen through the line of bullshit!!  Even the national pamphleteers are becoming more and more disenchanted; not with owe-bama's "leading from the rear" but with owe-bama's "leading from the golf course!!"
So many of the regime's actions of the past two years can be defined as treasonous!  The Soros 'shadow cabinet' of czars must be dismantled and dismissed; most of the 'up-front' cabinet should be summarily fired as traitors to the Constitution!!

This'n'That; June Twenty-First #1; Union Thugs

Soros' Tit In The Wringer!
Who'da thunk it?!?  When George Soros bought barackingham Palace  and the requisite job necessary to live there, did he think that this would put his puppet, "Clown Prince" owe-bama in an impossible position; a situation where he might--just might--have to make a competent decision?!?
We could go on and on about all those previous inept, incompetent decisions the "Clown Prince's" already made.... but why 'stir the hash?'  That's ancient history; those decisions were all by design; a design ment to put America 'in it's place!'  This latest pending 'decision' involves the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and Boeing, Inc., in that the Soros/Jarrett/owe-bama regime's trying to prop up the flagging labor union movement.
Private labor unions in general--all types, all industries--have been in decline since their height at the end of World War II which saw 36% of American workers unionized.  Union numbers for 2009 stood at 7.2% of private sector workers unionized.  Most of the union management thugs and--by association--the majority of the general membership have traditionally been democRAT and owe-bamacRAT supporters, political workers.
Near as I can find, this is the first--or one of the first--time(s) the federal government has challenged a private company's right to build additional manufacturing space in a different state from their home base; their current manufacturing facilities.  In this case, the big kerfuffle is Boeing's building a facility in South Carolina--a right-to-work state--as opposed to expanding their current facilities in Renton, Washington (state).  There is precedent for this expansion into right-to-work states.  Much--and finally all--of Boeing's dedicated manufacturing facilities for the B-52 Stratofortress, long-range Air Force bomber, took place at the Boeing facilities in Wichita, Kansas (1955-1957).
There are a couple of reasons Soros and Jarret--and by extension, "Clown Prince" owe-bama--are whinning about this pending move of Boeing's '787-Dreamliner' assembly facilities to South Carolina which is partially being made in response to past strikes--4 in 22 years--at the Renton assembly facilities.  The NLRB--controlled by owe-bamacRATs--is shifting from a 'Bush-43 Era' pro-business stance to the current pro-union prop-up.  Hopefully--and rightly so--the NLRB will have it's 'pee-pee' whacked and be put on a "pro-America" course to help right the SJo regime's continuous, on-going 'wrongs!'

What The National Pamphleteers Don't Report:
Pawlenty’s 5 Percent Growth Solution Makes Historical Sense

Daniel Gross,
June 14, 2011
Former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, now a candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, has been getting a lot of grief for his promise that the U.S. economy could grow five percent per year for 10 years if only we follow his program of big tax cuts, spending reductions and deregulation. The claim has raised eyebrows across the spectrum. After all, $15 trillion economies simply don't grow that rapidly over such long periods of time. Pawlenty argues that "we've done it before" and "the same can happen again."Between 1983 and 1987, he pointed out, the economy grew at an average rate of 4.9 percent, and between 1996 and 1999, the economy grew at an average rate of 4.7 percent.  Sticklers will point out that growth in those impressive periods was less than five percent, and that these two golden periods combined didn't last 10 years. Pawlenty's response has been to accuse the doubters of not believing in America. "And this idea that we can't have [....]

Talking Down Your House (Appealing Tax Assessments)

Ashlea Ebeling
06.08.11
Forbes Magazine, June 27, 2011

More homeowners are appealing their tax assessments. Here's what to do if you get a tax-bill shock.
After appellate lawyer Patricia Quintilian built a geodesic dome home on 27 acres in Goshen, Mass. in 2002, she was forced to develop a new specialty: property tax law. For five years in a row, she contends, the local assessor valued her home too high and made such basic mistakes as listing the first and second floors as having equal square footage. "It's a dome," she protests. One year she took the dispute up to the state's appellate tax board, which decided her home was worth only $241,600. The next year the local assessor was back with a new $355,600 valuation. "The property tax system is broken," declares Quintilian.  She's right. Local assessors, sometimes part-timers with little training, too often guesstimate a home's assessed value. That number is then multiplied by the tax rate to determine your annual real estate tax bill. "Do not assume an assessor is necessarily an ‘expert.' Assessors are often [....]

Obama’s Economy Worse than the 1970s

May 27, 2011
by Floyd and Mary Beth Brown
The worst economic conditions in recent memory were during the Jimmy Carter era of stagflation. Stagflation was a term coined in the 1970s to describe high unemployment with high inflation. Stagflation is back. Translation: America’s middle class is getting poorer; a record number of middle class workers are out of work. If you are lucky enough to have a job, your wages aren’t going up, but you are facing higher prices for everything.  “Recent data suggests that the current economic recovery is both sluggish and slowing with unemployment stubbornly high,” this from a page one story in Investor’s Business Daily.
The Obama/Bernanke partnership has been a bust.
The Fed is winding down Ben Bernanke’s experiment in money printing called “QE2.” He trumpets his success saying that QE2 has pointed the U.S. economy “in the right direction.” But did it really? It turns out that QE2 has created maybe 700,000 full-time jobs, but at a cost of about $850,000 for each job.  All QE2 did was create [....]

"Clown Prince" Weekly Blather; June 18th

A Patriotic Response To The "Clown Prince;" 06/18/2011

barackingham Palace
District of Corruption
June 18, 2011

Hi, everybody. This Father’s Day weekend, I’d like to spend a couple minutes talking about what’s sometimes my hardest, but always my most rewarding job – being a dad.  I grew up without my father around. He left when I was two years old, and even though my sister and I were lucky enough to have a wonderful mother and caring grandparents to raise us, I felt his absence. And I wonder what my life would have been like had he been a greater presence.  That’s why I’ve tried so hard to be a good dad for my own children. I haven’t always succeeded, of course – in the past, my job has kept me away from home more often than I liked, and the burden of raising two young girls would sometimes fall too heavily on Michelle.  But between my own experiences growing up, and my ongoing efforts to be the best father I can be, I’ve learned a few things about what our children need most from their parents.
[What I'm not telling you:  One thing for sure: chances are really good a different negro might have made history, ascending to the U.S. Presidency!  It surely wouldn't have been me for my birth-father would have stayed with his wife--kezia--and never met my mother, Stanley Anne Dunham.  But my father did enter into bigamy or polygamy--depending upon one's perspective--hence my birth.  And then he disappeared when I was 2.  My father--at the point of Kenya's freedom from Great Britain--was a devout communist, having written at least one article--maybe more--for the 'East Africa Journal' in the mid-1960s.  Speaking of 'dads,' there is one guy whose been rumored to be my actual father: Frank Marshall Davis, one of my grandfather's friends.  Mr Davis was a member of the Hawaiian communist party hierarchy in the early 1950s, having been elected assistant-secretary of a Precinct Club of the Democratic Party, and was a delegate to the Territorial Democratic Convention.  It was during this period and later that Mr Davis influenced my thinking--while acting as a mentor of sorts--by providing me with communist literature and having promotional communist discussions.  These communist contacts proved instrumental in my gravitating toward Valarie Jarrett, whose father-in-law was a devout communist, but we're straying far-afield, here!
I certainly hope my daughters--now and in later years--think that I was both a good dad and a good father; that my teachings were successful in guiding their formative years.  In the last two years, those teachings are the only successes I'll be able to claim, unless one considers that owe-bamaKare thingie the SJo regime crammed down the collective 'American throat!!'  My political "successes" will be limited to my ability to start a war in Libya; ignoring my responsibilities to 'The War Powers Act;'  mis-managing the economy, domestic affairs, the energy crisis, foreign affairs.  Practically everything the SJo regime touches-becomes just another on-going disaster!!]
First, they need our time. And more important than the quantity of hours we spend with them is the quality of those hours. Maybe it’s just asking about their day, or talking a walk together, but the smallest moments can have the biggest impact.  They also need structure, including learning the values of self-discipline and responsibility. Malia and Sasha may live in the White House these days, but Michelle and I still make sure they finish their schoolwork, do their chores, and walk the dog.  And above all, children need our unconditional love – whether they succeed or make mistakes; when life is easy and when life is tough.  And life is tough for a lot of Americans today. More and more kids grow up without a father figure. Others miss a father who’s away serving his country in uniform. And even for those dads who are present in their children’s lives, the recession has taken a harsh toll. If you’re out of a job or struggling to pay the bills, doing whatever it takes to keep the kids healthy, happy and safe can understandably take precedence over all else.
[What I'm not telling you:  Our daughters don't get as much of my time as I'd like.  I have responsibilities that take me out of the home; out of their sphere.  I have much to do to ensure that the world as we know it, turns toward--and embraces--the one-world government that we communists have been promoting since before Comrade Lenin's revolt!!  One of my primary hopes is that both girls take Michelle and my teachings to heart:  We are to think of ourselves as royalty; that everything we have near is ours-for our benefit, for our exploitation!  We've thusfar taught them that it only takes one phrase--state visit--to ensure they can visit any place they want, at taxpayer expense.  Their mother has  been using this method for two years now; no one seems to be complaining about it.  We have the incompetent national pamphleteers to thank for that; they just report on what she's wearing, the shape of her arms and legs, what silly program she's promoting at the moment.  They never mention the vast monies we're robbing from the national Treasury for these trips.   Thank Allah, those same pamphleteers don't mention our monthly vacations, over and above any 'state visits!'
While one of the primary  figures influencing young lives is the father; to a lesser degree, the father-figure.  Conversely, the abscence thereof has a great impact and is vastly important in our destruction of the American family structure.  Remember:  Every destructive element to the family structure was devised and instituted by the democRATs and later, the owe-bamacRATs!!  President Franklin Roosevelt with Social Security; President Lyndon Johnson with the formation of Medicare as an amendment to the Social Security Act of 1965; President "Slick-Willie" Clinton with the reform of welfare in 1996, which did little more than sliding recipients from actual welfare to SSI and SSDI!  The only change in the total number of recipients in all plans was: UPWARD!
This brings us to a couple more of the owe-bamacRATs' methods of family destruction:  Removing the shame in being on welfare or some other 'give-away' program; removing the shame of single parenthood!  When modern welfare--as we know it--came about, each recipient had to go to a government office--usually a county building--to receive their cash benefits.  Later the checks were mailed to the recipient.  Now the dollar amount is just added to a benefits card--similar to a debit card--with no apparent shame in either collecting or redeeming the benefits!  We've also removed the shame of unwed mothers.  In 1960, only 5% of births were to single mothers; today that number has grown to 40%!!  We even glorify the act by providing day-care so 13-14-15 year olds can continue to attend high school!  Their peers idolize them for the 'free money' and benefits they recieve, complements of "the government!"]
That’s why my administration has offered men who want to be good fathers a little extra support. We’ve boosted community and faith-based groups focused on fatherhood, partnered with businesses to offer opportunities for fathers to spend time with their kids at the bowling alley or ballpark, and worked with military chaplains to help deployed dads connect with their children.  We’re doing this because we all have a stake in forging stronger bonds between fathers and their children. And you can find out more about some of what we’re doing at Fatherhood.gov.  But we also know that every father has a personal responsibility to do right by our kids as well. All of us can encourage our children to turn off the video games and pick up a book. All of us can pack a healthy lunch for our son, or go outside and play ball with our daughter. And all of us can teach our children the difference between right and wrong, and show them through our own example the value in treating one another as we wish to be treated.  Our kids are pretty smart. They understand that life won’t always be perfect, that sometimes, the road gets rough, that even great parents don’t get everything right.  But more than anything, they just want us to be a part of their lives.  So recently, I took on a second job: assistant coach for Sasha’s basketball team. On Sundays, we’d get the team together to practice, and a couple of times, I’d help coach the games. It was a lot of fun – even if Sasha rolled her eyes when her dad voiced his displeasure with the refs.  But I was so proud watching her run up and down the court, seeing her learn and improve and gain confidence. And I was hopeful that in the years to come, she’d look back on experiences like these as the ones that helped define her as a person – and as a parent herself.   In the end, that’s what being a parent is all about – those precious moments with our children that fill us with pride and excitement for their future; the chances we have to set an example or offer a piece of advice; the opportunities to just be there and show them that we love them.  That’s something worth remembering this Father’s Day, and every day.
[What I'm not telling you:  The primary--actually, the only--reason we've incorporated all these  programs--especially with the military--is that the "Tour d'Lies" campaign is falling flat-on-it's-face!!  My poll numbers--in all categories--have reached sub-terrainian levels; I can't seem to gain any traction, no matter how I spin the failed policies of the Soros/Jarrett/owe-bama regime!  My handlers have had the national pamphleteers proclaim me 'unbeatable' in my re-election bid.  Even that didn't last very long, especially when Rush Limbaugh got ahold of it and plainly illustrated each of my areas of vulnerability!!  With his vast listenership, what he says may be true:  Even Mickey Mouse could beat me!!]
